3、 EAC certification information
EAC certification is divided into two types of certificates: CU-TR Certificate of Conformity and CU-TR Declaration of Conformity.
CU-TR Certificate of Conformity (EAC COC Certificate): A certificate of conformity issued by a certification body uniformly certified and registered by the Customs Union. Generally, for products with high safety requirements, it may involve factory audits or sample requirements.
CU-TR Declaration of Conformity (EAC DOC Declaration): Based on the participation of the Customs Union certification body, the applicant makes a declaration of conformity for their own product. Generally, for products with lower safety requirements, only companies registered within the territory of the Russian Federation can serve as licensees.
