1、 Product Technical Document Requirements
(1) Product Technical Manual
Products that require technical specifications should meet the following requirements:
(1) The implementation standards should include at least the following requirements:
GB/T 12173-2008 "General Electrical Equipment for Mining"
GB/T 3836.1-2021 Explosive Atmosphere Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment
GB/T 3836.3-2021 Explosive Atmosphere Part 3: Equipment Protected by Increased Safety Type "e"
MT/T 661-2011 "General Technical Conditions for Electrical Equipment Used in Coal Mines"
Coal Mine Safety Regulations
(2) Mining General Mark KY;
(3) Shell material;
(4) Shell protection level;
(5) Clearly define the clauses applicable to the requirements of GB/T 12173-2008, as well as the clauses and reasons for not applying the above standard requirements;
(6) Environmental requirements for use.
(2) Product drawings
General assembly drawings and component drawings related to safety structures should be provided. The product drawings shall comply with the provisions of GB 4457~4460 "Mechanical Drawing" and GB/T 12173-2008, as well as the following requirements:
(1) The product name, model, etc. indicated in the drawings should be consistent with the product technical specifications;
(2) The drawings should be signed by the designer, reviewer, and approver (including date), and stamped with the seal of the applying unit.
In addition, the following parameters and requirements should be indicated in each drawing:
1. General assembly drawing
(1) It should have external dimensions and markings;
(2) The voltage level, electrical clearance, creepage distance, and protection level should be specified;
(3) Clarify other assembly process requirements;
(4) It should be able to reflect the installation position of the main components.
